Returns Policy

We trust that your delivery will reach you in a good condition and without any problem. However, should there be any queries with this delivery please read the following instructions carefully.

Should you receive a part from Battistinis that has been damaged in transit or is faulty in any way please keep the part and the packaging in which it has been delivered together.

1. All merchandise received must be inspected upon receipt and any discrepancies, defects or shortages reported to Battistinis within three days.
2. Telephone Battistinis on 08702 250405 for an authorised return number.
3. All returns must be received within 5 days of the date of delivery.
4. Any credits/replacements will only be made after returns have been received and processed by Battistinis.
5. Any goods returned without an ‘authorisation number’ may incur a 20% surcharge.
